Gaia Finetto

I'm Gaia Finetto, originally from Italy, and I've been a ballet dancer for most of my life. Throughout my dance career, Pilates was always part of my training, a powerful method to improve performance, posture, and control. Over time, it became more than just a support to dance; it became a passion of its own. I'm a certified Pilates Mat Work instructor through the Federazione Italiana Fitness. In my classes, I focus on improving posture, strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. It's an hour dedicated to the whole body and to helping you feel good, inside and out. I've always loved Pilates, and I'm excited to share its benefits with others.
