Guillermo Sanchez

Guillermo is a certified Yoga Nidra teacher (Yoga Alliance) originally from Argentina, who has been living in the Czech Republic since 2016. He is a holistic life coach with a background in psychology, a nutrition advisor, and a practitioner of Reiki, emotional release techniques, meditation, and pranayama (breathing techniques). Guillermo is deeply committed to daily meditation practice, sometimes for many hours, which has opened the doors to discovering his true self and understanding the purpose of his life.
